These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application or website ("Atlass eSIM") — also referred to hereafter as the ("App" or "Platform"). By accessing or using our website, App, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Atlass eSIM is a mobile services reseller offering global mobile data plans for users who have an eSIM (Embedded SIM) supported mobile device. We enable customers to obtain cellular data services provided by existing worldwide Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) virtually, with no need for a physical SIM card.
We offer a wide range of prepaid mobile data packages for various countries and regions. The specific characteristics, data allowances, validity periods, and prices are clearly displayed in the App prior to purchase. Users can review these details before making a payment.
Our services are offered to customers globally, subject to any restrictions or limitations imposed by local laws and regulations.
All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service and are not responsible for any network coverage gaps, dropouts, or limitations inherent in the technology or third-party networks we utilize.
To register for an account or complete a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old.
Registration and checkout require the customer to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including a valid email address and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@atlassesim.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Atlass eSIM will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection of certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact information, device identifiers, and payment details, as necessary for providing and optimizing our services.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. Please contact us at support@atlassesim.com to exercise these rights.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
Mobile Data QR Code: Upon a successful purchase, Atlass eSIM delivers a unique QR code or activation code to the user via the App and/or email. When the user scans the QR code or inputs the activation code, the eSIM profile is downloaded directly onto the user's mobile device.
Line Activation: The actual activation of the data plan and the countdown of its validity period begins when the eSIM profile connects to the partner mobile operator network at the destination, unless specified otherwise on the plan details.
For destinations offering unlimited data plans, usage is subject to a Fair Usage Policy to ensure optimal network performance for all users. High-speed data is available up to 2GB within any 24-hour period. Once 2GB of usage is reached, data speeds will be reduced to 1 Mbps for the remainder of that 24-hour period. The high-speed data allowance automatically resets every 24 hours.
All services are listed in the App and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include local taxes, which may be calculated and added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on the checkout page.
Atlass eSIM's pricing display and core transactions currency is USD ($) on all official platforms. If your payment card is denominated in another currency, the final amount charged may vary based on your bank's currency conversion rates and fees.
If you reasonably and in good faith dispute a charge, you must notify Atlass eSIM at support@atlassesim.com within 12 days of the purchase date, providing details of why the amount is incorrect.
All sales of eSIMs and mobile data packages on our application and website are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital and immediate provisioning nature of our products, we do not offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the QR/activation code has been generated. Please review your order and device compatibility carefully before confirming your purchase.
Atlass eSIM provides the Platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App, network availability, speed, or the information, content, or products included on the App. We do not guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Atlass eSIM, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, loss of data, loss of business, or network service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlass eSIM's total collective liability related to this Agreement, whether arising from contract, negligence, or other causes, will not exceed the exact amount of charges the Customer paid to Atlass eSIM for the specific service relevant to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event causing the liability, or $150 USD, whichever is greater.
The App may contain links to or utilize services from third-party networks or websites that are not owned or controlled by Atlass eSIM. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party networks, carriers, or services. You access and utilize these services at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our App or website. Your continued use of Atlass eSIM after such changes constitutes your explicit acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Delaware.
