Install your eSIM

Most travelers install in under 2 minutes. You need Wi‑Fi for the initial download.

iPhone

  1. Open Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
  2. Choose "Use QR Code" and scan the code from checkout or My eSIMs
  3. Follow on-screen prompts to label your line (e.g. Travel)
  4. Enable the new plan and turn on Data Roaming for that line when abroad

Android

  1. Open Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add SIM
  2. Select "Download a SIM" or scan QR code
  3. Confirm download and wait for profile installation
  4. Set the travel eSIM as mobile data when you arrive

QR code installation

After payment, your QR code appears on the success page and in My eSIMs. Open your phone camera or Settings and scan once — do not share the QR publicly.

Manual installation

If QR scan fails, use manual entry in Add eSIM → Enter Details. Use the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your order email or My eSIMs.
